Model Hilary Rhoda and Sean Avery sell $2.6M Noho pad

Fashion model Hilary Rhoda and ex-NHLer hubby Sean Avery just sold their Astor Place duplex for its $2.6 million asking price, sources tell Gimme.

The hip, downtown unit went on the market last March as the fashion-forward couple are now spending most of their time on the West Coast.

At 1,814 square feet, the spacious home is at 21 Astor Place, a landmarked building that dates to 1892.

The one-bedroom, two-bathroom home features an open chef’s kitchen and exquisite details, like a palladium arched window, exposed brick, columns and recessed lighting.

There are also high ceilings and a cantilevered staircase that Rhoda incorporated into her work out routine.

Rhoda bought the unit for $2 million in 2007, according to property records. The listing broker is Corcoran’s Steve Gold, of “Million Dollar Listing New York.”
