Size 26, inseam 23" waist measurement is 13" from side to side laying flat. These are a pair of Official Boy Scout pants my dad purchased from JC Penney in the late 1970's. He bought my uniform and he also bought uniforms he put up to save as he was big in the scout's, he pushed me to get my Eagle Scout Badge. These are one of the pairs of pants that was never worn it's like they came through a time machine from 1976 lol. JCPenney used to have a complete section just for Boy Scout clothing and gear. I remember it very well.
