The Premier League is known for having a collection of some of the world’s best young talents, but who has the highest potential on FIFA 22 Career Mode?

The likes of Trent Alexander-Arnold, Phil Foden, Mason Greenwood and Kai Havertz are already some of the best talents in the Premier League, but with all of them already thriving at such a young age, they are only going to get better, and their potential is through the roof in FIFA 22, showing the ability they have to offer in future years.

And with FIFA 22 now available for players who have pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition of the game, four days before the worldwide and UK release on October 1, 2021, players who pre-ordered can now get underway in FIFA 22 Career Mode.

The Premier League players with the highest potential on FIFA 22

To work out which players have the best potential, all players in the list are aged 25 or below, and their potential rating must be higher than their current rating.

According to FIFA 22, Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold, Chelsea’s Kai Havertz and Manchester City’s Phil Foden are the players with the most potential in the Premier League, closely followed by last seasons Premier League Player of the Year Ruben Dias and Manchester United’s new signing, Jadon Sancho.
