Love Island’s Anton Danyluk ‘blessed to be alive’ after terrifying car crash

Anton Danyluk took to Instagram to tell how he was driving home from the gym in Dubai when a bus braked hard after “over a speed bump” and then crashed into side of the back of it

Love Island’s Anton Danyluk has told how he’s feeling “blessed to be alive” after surviving a terrifying car crash involving a bus in Dubai.

The reality TV hunk took to Instagram to tell how he was driving home from the gym when a bus braked hard after going “over a speed bump” and he then smashed into side of the back of it.

A shaken Anton said he ‘didn’t know how he’s okay’, adding “air bags are obviously a good thing”.

Anton said as he shared a picture of the crushed car: “Those who drive in Dubai will know the drivers are mad out here, always rushing about.

“You have to have eyes in the back of your head.

“Feeling blessed to be alive after this last night.

“I will update you all later as to what happened, but I’m ok.

“I just feel so grateful that no one was hurt.”

He later went into further detail about the horror smash in a separate post.

He said: “So basically last night when I was driving home from the gym, a bus came across me, I’ve had a lot of messages people know what it’s like.

“The guys who drive in Dubai are just always in a rush to get places and basically a bus came across me and he’s braked hard because he’s went over a speed bump.

Anton was flown back home from filming Ex On The Beach after his exes refused to appear on the show

“Then I’ve went into the side of the back of him, and I don’t know how I’m okay – air bags are obviously a good thing.

“But yeah, I’m okay. We move, car’s damaged but obviously it’s a rental anyway so it doesn’t really matter.

“Wouldn’t matter anyway, main thing is that I’m okay so thank you for the love.”

Earlier this month Anton was flown back home from filming Ex On The Beach after his exes refused to appear on the show.

The unlucky-in-love star, 27, had been due to start filming, but was forced to drop out of the MTV series.

Anton, who appeared on the explosive 2019 ITV2 show, was jetted out to Tenerife and quarantined for three days.

But a source revealed to The Sun that Anton had then been told he wouldn’t be going on the show and would be flown out again.

An insider told the publication: “They couldn’t get any of his exes to confront him on the show, and that’s the whole point! It’s a pity but they hope he can join another series.”
