Little Mix star Perrie Edwards is hanging up her microphone and picking up her laptop in order to reinvent herself as a lifestyle guru.

The 28-year-old chart topping star is reportedly gearing up to reinvent herself as a lifestyle expert – in a similar vein as Hollyoowd star Gwyneth Paltrow with her brand Goop.

According to reports, Perrie has been secretly building a brand called Disora which will sell jewellery, clothing and cosmetics for fans to snap up.

The news of her new business venture comes amid reports that Little Mix are soon to announce their split – with bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jade Thirlwall also expected to launch spin-off careers.

A source told The Sun: “Music is Perrie’s first love and by no means has she ruled out doing solo songs in the future.

“But she is keen to do other things too and knows there is a huge market for women in their twenties and thirties who want a little bit of luxury in their lives.

“Perrie came up with the idea a few years ago and spent a lot of time working on it during her down time from Little Mix in lockdown. She is launching it in the coming days.

“It will be the first big project she has undertaken since having her son Axel in August.”

Over the weekend, reports emerged that Little Mix are going to announce their split in the coming days – in the aftermath of a toxic fallout with former bandmate Jesy Nelson.

A source said on Saturday: “There has been a lot of speculation about the future of Little Mix but it is now very clear that the end of the road has been reached.

“A date is set to announce the split. The upcoming tour is going to be a farewell to their fans.”

The group will reportedly announce the news to fans next month – with their upcoming The Confetti Tour expected to be their swan song.

News of the split comes after 30-year-old Jesy sparked outrage with her debut solo single, Boyz – which she unleashed less than a year after she quit the band.

A music video for the single was intended to be an homage to rap and RnB music videos of the early naughties.

However, fans accused the singer of blackfishing – claiming she was attempting to capitalise on black culture and history for her own gain.

Dismissing the accusations herself, Jesy said earlier this month: “I’m very aware that I’m a white British woman; I’ve never said that I wasn’t.

“But I mean, like, I love Black culture. I love Black music. That’s all I know; it’s what I grew up on.”
