Will Smith has proudly declared that he is in the best shape of his life after embarking on a fitness journey.

The Hollywood actor, 53, showcased his firm and toned muscles by uploading a video that was a montage of him pumping iron during several different gym sessions.

Bad Boys star Will effortlessly works out on different fitness machines in the footage that he uploaded onto his Instagram and TikTok pages.

He can be seen wearing an array of sportswear in the video and in some parts he dons a vest T-shirt which allows his rippling shoulders and bulging biceps to be spied.

The footage begins with Will in bed before he gets up to head to the gym for a sweat session.

Poking fun at how his routine has changed since immersing himself in healthy habits, he captioned the post: “And to think Sundays used to be for muffins.”

Revealing how good he is feeling, he added: “#bestshapeofmylife.”

Throughout the coronavirus pandemic, the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air actor admitted to “grazing through the pantry” and even showed fans how he looked with a great dad bod.

He added The Pussycat Dolls’ hit song Don’t Cha on top of the fun boomerang because what other song gives you motivation?

A few days before, shared a similar photo of himself from his backyard and captioned the post: “I’m gonna be real wit yall – I’m in the worst shape of my life.”

On May 4, he announced that he has been documenting his transformation in collaboration with YouTube for a new original series that will follow his fitness journey.

It will be six parts and is called Best Shape of My Life.
